In addition to an extensive wine cellar, Harvest's bar is stocked with a vast selection of cognac, armagnac, single malt scotch, and single barrel bourbon. Meryl Stern designed the copper bar, whose color and reflective qualities excite and glow in the deep red hues and caramel ceiling of the Bar Room.  The ebonized oak Back-bar is seductively lit by custom-designed whimsical light fixtures that delight the eye and echo tree-like branches that seem to serpentine in a vine-like, or nesting movement.
